User management is located under Users section of the command center.
You can invite users to setup their iDEALER account by entering their email address(s) or create new user manually.
Users can have multiple roles. For example if a driver only does valet service, select only Valet driver, then iDEALER Ai will only dispatch valet service requests to the driver(s) with valet role set.
If the driver does shuttle rides and parts, you would select the Shuttle driver and Parts driver
If the driver role is selected, please enter driver’s phone number allocate shuttle vehicle and set on-duty schedule when this driver is expected to work. iDEALER Ai during the dispatching process looks at the driver on-duty schedule to allocate the optimal routes.
Once the user is setup you can edit the user details or Deactivate from iDEALER by setting Status = Inactive.
